A person I was with lamented that he did not have the staff to do what they were doing. Since the company was publicly traded, I showed him that the company had not made money in 4 years. Despite getting a lot of glory, this company was failing financially. Just like finding your own voice, you have to choose your own yard stick and measure yourself against it and not what others are doing. Great post.
